Mursal Khedri

Articling Student at OP Lawyers 

Before law school, Mursal spent more than seven years as a Senior Judicial Clerk with the Court of King's Bench of Alberta (formerly the Court of Queen's Bench). She clerked a wide range of matters, including family and civil chambers, viva voce hearings, trials, criminal matters, bankruptcy and divorce proceedings. She also clerked in the Alberta Court of Justice (formerly the Provincial Court), which broadened her experience of the justice system.

While at the courthouse, Mursal also taught the family law portion of the paralegal program at the Calgary Courts Centre in 2018. She trained fellow judicial clerks on the Family Law Act, Emergency Protection Orders, King's Bench protection Orders, Family restraining orders and filing procedures.

At OP Lawyers, Mursal is building a strong foundation in client advocacy through hands-on work under the guidance of experienced lawyers. Her focus is on resolving matters practically and efficiently.
